Information We Collect

Odyssey may collect contact information, business information, creator information, social links, campaign interests, written descriptions, uploaded logos, photos, videos, and consent records submitted through the website.

How We Use Information

We use submitted information to review Cape Living features, prepare business profiles, assess creator content, contact applicants, manage partnership enquiries, deliver marketing services, and measure performance where relevant.

Uploaded Media

Uploaded media is stored outside the public website area and is only accessible through protected admin routes. Selected media may be used organically only where the submitter has given permission and confirmed they have the rights to submit it.

Creator Content and Paid Advertising

Creator content submitted to Cape Living may be reposted organically with credit when selected. It will not be used for paid advertising unless the creator gives separate written permission.

Tracking and Performance

The website can record tracking-ready events such as Cape Living page views, CTA clicks, submissions, and future business profile link clicks. These events are used to understand content performance and improve measurable visibility.

Who Can Access Submissions

Submissions are available only to authorised Odyssey administrators through a password-protected dashboard. Odyssey does not publish private contact details publicly.
